Before Vasar, Lucas has held leadership roles as a co-founder and in product and growth teams at 3 other companies, including at delta.vc (YC 2020), where he led product efforts through a successful exit in 2022. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California.
BERNARDO VARGAS
Co-Founder & COO
Bernardo's background spans investment banking, commercial strategy, and solar energy. He led commercial strategy at AtSimith, worked in M&A at BBVA, and contributed to solar development at Gauss Energia. He holds a double BA from the University of Chicago.
ALESSANDRO BANFI, MSC
Co-Founder & CPO
Alessandro has over a decade of experience in mechanical engineering and advanced manufacturing. He led R&D at Ernest Cline, designed at TAVAMC, IMI, and holds an MSc from Politecnico di Milano, with expertise in machining, metallurgy, and precision tooling.
LUCA COLOMBO, PHD
Co-Founder & CTO
Luca is a Research Professor at Northeastern, leading multimillion-dollar projects in advanced manufacturing and engineering systems. He holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
